About 3D DESIGNING

Looking for a reliable professional 3D designing service near you? You are in the right place. We specialize in transforming complex concepts, rough sketches, and creative ideas into precise, high-quality digital models ready for manufacturing. Our expert design team assists individuals, startups, and factories across the industry to build production-ready files tailored to your requirements.

Whether you need mechanical component blueprints, rapid functional prototypes, architectural scale visualizations, or ergonomic consumer product enclosures, we ensure an optimized design layout. We translate your product workflow into optimized CAD formats, preparing them perfectly for subsequent production or additive manufacturing.

We convert your idea, sketch, or physical object into a production-ready 3D CAD file, delivered in the format your manufacturer needs.

What We Need From You

  • 1Reference sketches, photos, or hand drawings of the part
  • 2Physical sample or object to be modelled (for reverse-reference work)
  • 3Overall dimensions or key measurements (mm / inch)
  • 4Required tolerances or fit constraints (e.g. press-fit, clearance)
  • 5Intended manufacturing process (FDM, SLA, CNC, injection moulding)
  • 6Preferred output formats (STEP, STL, OBJ, IGES, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • 7Quantity or batch context to inform design-for-manufacture decisions

What You Receive

  • Parametric CAD file in your requested format (STEP / IGES / native)
  • Print-ready STL or 3MF file optimised for your chosen process
  • Engineering drawing (PDF / DXF) on request
  • Design review notes and wall-thickness / overhang report
  • Up to two rounds of revisions included

Accepted File Formats

STEPIGESSTL3MFOBJSolidWorks (.SLDPRT)Fusion 360 (.f3d)DXF / DWGPDF (drawings)

Technologies & Capabilities

In-House Capability
  • Parametric solid modelling (mechanical, consumer, industrial)
  • Surface modelling for organic and aesthetic forms
  • Design-for-additive-manufacturing (DfAM) optimisation
  • Assembly modelling and tolerance analysis
  • Engineering drawings to ISO / ASME GD&T standards
Partner-Supplied Capability
  • FEA / structural simulation (outsourced to certified analysts)
  • CFD flow analysis
  • Complex generative design (Altair / nTopology)

Accuracy & Production Limits

1Accuracy of the final CAD depends on the quality and completeness of inputs provided; incomplete references may require additional iterations.
2Organic forms with no reference geometry may require 3-5 revision cycles.
3File formats requiring proprietary licences (e.g. CATIA, NX) incur additional tooling cost.
4Designs intended for injection moulding will be flagged but mould-flow analysis is not included by default.

How It Works & Lead Times

1

Brief & Input Collection

Submit your references, dimensions, and format requirements via WhatsApp or email.

2

Quotation & Timeline

We confirm scope, price, and estimated delivery within 4 working hours.

3

Modelling

Our engineers build the parametric model. Simple parts: 1-2 days. Complex assemblies: 3-7 days.

4

Review & Revisions

You review the model; up to two rounds of revisions are included.

5

Final Delivery

Files delivered digitally in your chosen format. Physical print available on request.

Lead-Time Factors

Complexity, number of components, volume of reference data provided, and revision cycles are the primary lead-time drivers. A single organic consumer-product shape typically takes 2-4 days; a multi-part mechanical assembly may take 5-10 days.

Real Project Examples

Industrial Bracket Redesign
Case Study

Industrial Bracket Redesign

A manufacturing facility needed a discontinued steel bracket replaced. We modelled a print-ready PETG version from a physical sample in 48 hours, saving the client weeks of sourcing lead time.

Consumer Product Housing

Consumer Product Housing

A startup required a polished enclosure for a handheld electronics device. We delivered a fully parametric SolidWorks model with draft angles and snap-fit features suitable for both FDM prototyping and injection moulding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any reference works: a photo, sketch, PDF drawing, or even a verbal description with key dimensions. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate the first draft will be.

Yes. We apply draft angles, uniform wall thickness, and rib structures suited to injection moulding. We will flag any DfM concerns, though formal mould-flow analysis is an additional service.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Additional rounds are quoted separately and are typically minor in cost.

STEP, IGES, STL, 3MF, OBJ, SolidWorks (.SLDPRT), Fusion 360 (.f3d), and 2D drawings in PDF or DXF. Let us know your preference at the briefing stage.

A single mechanical part with clear reference data takes 1-3 days. Multi-part assemblies or organic consumer products with no reference typically take 5-10 days depending on complexity.
